General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

On 25 May 2018, the new General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, which establishes the rules for the protection, treatment and free movement of personal data of natural persons and which applies directly to all entities that process such data in any Member State of the European Union, came into force.

Below are set out the rules applicable to the treatment of your personal data, the rights that you have, and to inform you of how you can directly and simply manage the respective consents. Our records include data obtained during the contractual relationship with you and following the various interactions with Sonar Capital Ltd. If you wish us to keep your data and the information that LATIN AMERICAN PARTNERS SL has registered, you will have to take no action. In addition to the situations in which we use your personal data to comply with applicable legal requirements, we use your personal data for the following purposes:

Provision of services; whenever necessary and to provide you with our services, we will use your personal data. LATIN AMERICAN PARTNERS SL will keep your personal data for the period necessary to provide the services and comply with applicable legal obligations. If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment made up to that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms of the Regulation, if there is a violation of your personal data, and you can submit complaints to the relevant authority(s).
